Blue Aruba Vacation Rentals was not born out of chance. It stands on the solid foundation of Pering Group, a family-owned company of Venezuelan origin with more than 70 years of experience in construction, urban development and engineering. Since 1950, Pering Group — originally Perret & Sosa Ingenieros — has been a key player in Venezuela's urban and infrastructure growth, with over 1,000,000 square meters built across public and private works, including bridges, tunnels, hospitals, highways and residential and commercial developments. This legacy of quality, innovation and long-term vision defines the DNA of what Blue Aruba is today: the evolution of three generations of engineers, architects and entrepreneurs who understand that building is not just about structures, but about creating lasting value.
